What is TriDock? TriDock is a 3-in-1 foldable magnetic wireless charger that charges your iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods all from one compact station — no more juggling multiple chargers or cables.

What devices is TriDock compatible with?

  • iPhone (up to 15W): iPhone 12–17 Series, iPhone Air, iPhone 8–11 Series (with a MagSafe case)
  • Apple Watch (2.5W): Apple Watch 2–11 Series, Apple Watch Ultra Series, Apple Watch SE Series
  • AirPods (3W): AirPods Pro 1–3, AirPods 4 (ANC)/3/2 (with a MagSafe or wireless charging case)

Does TriDock work with Android phones? TriDock's iPhone charging spot uses MagSafe magnetic alignment, so it's designed specifically for iPhones. Android phones with standard Qi wireless charging may still charge on it, but without the magnetic snap or optimized speed.

How fast does TriDock charge my iPhone? Up to 15W — nearly double the 7.5W speed of most standard wireless chargers. For full 15W speed, make sure you're using the included 30W power adapter.

Do I need a special power adapter? Yes — to hit the full 15W charging speed, use the 30W power adapter included in the box. Using a lower-wattage adapter will still charge your devices, just more slowly.

Can I charge all three devices at the same time? Yes. TriDock is built to charge your iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods simultaneously, each at its own optimized speed.

Is TriDock foldable? Can I travel with it? Yes. TriDock folds flat for easy packing, making it a great option for travel, your desk, or your nightstand.

Does TriDock come with a cable? Yes, TriDock includes the charging cable and power adapter needed to get started right out of the box.

Will TriDock work with my phone case on? It works with most thin, MagSafe-compatible cases. Thick cases, cases with metal components, or cases without magnets built in may reduce charging efficiency or prevent the magnetic snap from working properly.

Shipping

Can I track my order? Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package the whole way.

Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all payments processed securely through our payment gateway, including major credit and debit cards as well as Apple pay and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system — we never see or store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Yes - you will be able to cancle your order if the order has not been packaged and shipped as of the time of cancelation.

What is your return policy? if you have any technical issues with your TriDock Unit we do accept returns within the first 7 days of your purchase time as well as insuring that we will send you a new unit in perfect working condition.
